My Story: A Journey Back to God’s Design for Healing

My journey into holistic health began long before I ever stepped into formal training. In 1995, after a severe car accident left me with a debilitating neck and back injury, I learned what it meant to live in pain and uncertainty. I searched for ways to ease my suffering, and even then, I found comfort and relief in natural methods — prayer, gentle movement, and the wisdom of traditional healing. I didn’t know it then, but those early experiences planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong calling.

By 2009, that seed had fully taken root. Struggling with my own health challenges, I spent countless nights in fear and emergency rooms, searching for answers modern medicine couldn’t provide. In those dark hours, I turned my heart and my life back to God, asking for guidance. That surrender opened a door to a deeper kind of healing — not just physical, but spiritual, emotional, and energetic.

I began formal training as a Holistic Health Practitioner, earning my Bachelor’s degree and continuing my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Along the way, I also studied psychology, criminal justice, and paralegal work — disciplines that helped me understand the human mind, systems, and the power of personal advocacy.

For more than 15 years, I’ve immersed myself in research, natural healing, and bioenergetic approaches that honor the body’s God-given blueprint for wellness. My own health journey became the foundation for helping others reclaim their health with faith, practical tools, and deep listening to the body.

Holistic health is not a luxury — it’s our birthright. It’s the way our Creator designed us to heal: in harmony with nature, in alignment with our spirit, and with the innate wisdom built into every cell. My mission is to walk with others on their own journey back to wholeness — with knowledge, compassion, and a faith that has carried me through every season.
